Former AEW International Champion PAC appears to be nearing a return to action.

PAC has been absent from in-ring action since the January 11th episode of Dynamite, where he and his Death Triangle stablemates The Lucha Bros lost out to The Elite in an Escalera de la Muerte match in the decider in their best-of-seven series for the AEW World Trios Championships.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has now provided an update on PAC’s absence throughout the majority of the year thus far, noting that ‘The Bastard’ has been receiving treatment for a nose injury, with a return to the ring expected “shortly”.

“Pac has been out of action due to getting his nose fixed that he was still wrestling on after it was injured to complete the best-of-seven series. We are told he should be back shortly.”

With AEW making their UK debut on August 27th at the historic Wembley Arena later this year, the company will undoubtedly hope to see PAC back in the ring in time to showcase his talents on his home turf.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on PAC’s injury status, and we wish him all the best in his recovery.
