Big E has been missing from WWE action since March of this year after he sustained a severe injury during an episode of SmackDown. A botched belly-to-belly suplex from Ridge Holland on the outside caused the injury and there is uncertainty regarding the former WWE Champion’s in-ring future.

In a recent edition of the MMA Hour, the New Day member revealed that WWE has been taking good care of him during his recovery. He stated that his salary is coming in without a hitch and the company also aided him by providing bone stimulators to accelerate bone growth..

“Yeah, I’m still getting paid, I have no complaints with the way they have taken care of me. I’ve been paid very regularly. My money hasn’t gone down at all. They’ve also helped me they sent me like a bone stimulator as well to help accelerate the growth of the bone. Medical has been there, they’ve done a great job. There’s been no expense either with my medical stuff. So yes, I’ve been taken care of for sure.”

The big man added that he will play a role in the WWE tryouts in Nashville in the near future.

“I think it has to make sense I’d have to be able to carve out a role that I think is that makes sense for me. So yeah, just because I’m not wrestling anymore, if that is indeed the case, that doesn’t mean that I can’t find a way to still be involved.”

Big E remains one of the most popular stars in wrestling in and out of the ring. If or when he makes his in-ring return would be a cathartic moment and the pop will definitely be a memorable one.
