On February 15th of this year, AEW EVP Cody Rhodes, along with his wife and the company’s Cheif Brand Officer Brandi Rhodes announced that they were leaving the AEW, leading to Cody making his WWE return at Wrestlemania 38 against Seth Rollins.
It now appears as though Brandi Rhodes is set to follow in her husbands footsteps, as a new report from PWInsider notes that Rhodes made her return to the ring this Friday at the WWE Performance Center during a live event.
“Rhodes wrestled during an in-house live event inside the WWE Performance Center. WWE NXT regularly holds live cards on Fridays to give developmental talents a chance to perform and improve.”

The report then states however, that whilst PWInsider where able to confirm that Rhodes did make a return to the ring last week, they were unable to confirm who she was in the ring with. Additionally, the report states that Rhodes is not currently listed on NXT’s internal roster.
Rhodes’ last match came in January of this year, beating KiLynn King during an episode of AEW Dark Elevation. Time will tell as to what the future holds for Brandi Rhodes’ pro-wrestling career, as it certainly appears she isn’t ready to step away from in-ring action just yet.
