Dralistico’s AEW Deal Reportedly Up In December, Believed RUSH Is Facing Visa Issues Until 2027

An update has emerged on both RUSH and Dralistico.

Rush and Dralistico, who are real-life brothers, have both grabbed the attention of wrestling fans online of late. First, Dralistico posted a picture of himself in prison, highlighting his personal thoughts on his status just weeks after a trademark was filed for Hermanos Lee, referencing his brother Dragon Lee. The image reminded many of when Rey Fenix did a similar thing before leaving for WWE, raising questions over his status, and that was only compounded when RUSH made a post suggesting viewers wouldn’t see him until 2027. Now, more has emerged on their respective status’ with AEW.

According to Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline, Dralistico’s AEW deal is up in December, where RUSH is currently waiting on his visa to be renewed.

“Regarding the Dralistico and RUSH tweets we talked about last night: Dralistico’s AEW deal expires in December, and based on that tweet one would presume he wants out. RUSH’s tweet saying we will see him in January is entirely visa-related. His visa is expired and isn’t expected to come through until the new year. From all accounts it appears RUSH is happy in AEW, he just can’t legally work right now.”

RUSH is someone many fans enjoy, although viewers are often frustrated by his appearances being very sporadic. His last AEW match came in the form of a less-than-two-minute win on the July 2 episode of Collision, while most fans would have to go back to March to remember his last outing of note, a battle with MJF for the Men’s World Title. Whether he’s able to pick up some consistent in-ring time once his visa situation is resolved in 2027 remains to be seen.

Visa issues have been a problem for wrestlers across multiple promotions recently, including newly signed Ilja Dragunov, who only got his visa approved a few days before his debut at WrestleDream, as you can read here.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the AEW status’ of both RUSH and Dralistico as soon as we hear more.
