The location of the 2027 Jersey J-Cup has been revealed.

For the first time since it was first run back in 2000, the Jersey J-Cup will take place at “The Mecca” in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey from February 20 and 21, 2027.

The news was announced during JCW (Jersey Championship Wrestling) Nightmare in Bergen County event, also taking place at legendary north Jersey arena.

The Jersey J-Cup is one of the oldest annual tournaments in the United States, dating back to 2000 when it was initially sanctioned by the original JCW. After it ceased operations in 2004, National Wrestling Superstars held the mantle through 2012. After one year of inactivity, the revitalized JCW, along with GCW, brought back the tournament one time in 2014, before bringing it back full time in 2023.

This tournament has sported some incredible lineups. During the initial run with the original JCW, winners included Low Ki (2001), Reckless Youth (2002), Jay Lethal (2003) and Super Dragon (2004). During the NWS era, winners included Rhett Titus (2008) and R.J. Brewer (2010).

After the tournament came back in 2014, notable northeast indie wrestler Chris Dickinson won the first tournament. And since its full time return in 2023, Jordan Oliver (2023), Masha Slamovich (2024 & 2025), and Charles Mason have etched their names into the winner’s ledger.

As yet, the lineup for the 2027 tournament isn’t available, but that’s something to keep an eye on in the coming weeks and months.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the 2027 Jersey J-Cup as soon as we hear more.
