Kurt Angle, WWE Hall of Famer, and the man who won a gold medal with a broken freakin’ neck has given credit to the man who he sees as the most underrated wrestler of all time.
On a recent AdFreeShows watchaalong, “The Wrestling Machine” heaped commendation upon current dino-handler and All Elite Wrestling talent, Christian Cage.
“(Christian Cage) is the most underrated wrestler of all time.
He never gets the credit that he deserves. He’s a superstar, don’t get me wrong. But he’s always been in the shadow of Edge and he’s actually just as good as Edge, and he’s actually better than all of us at putting matches together.“

“He comes up with incredible spots and incredible ideas. The kid is so creative and he goes out on the mat and backs it up. He’s just an incredible wrestler.”

Christian Cage would serve as a load bearing wall for WWE’s tag team division and would go on to exemplify WWE’s tables ladders and chairs matches in numerous bouts teaming with his tag team partner Edge, putting themselves through era defining matches against The Dudley and Hardy Boyz.
Kurt Angle and Christian Cage have shared locker rooms and competed in the same promotions for many years, with both having done time in; Impact, WWE, and NJPW.
