Matt Jackson Says Facing Cope And Cage Is One Of The Final ‘Big Money’ Matches They Have Left
Matt Jackson is all for the possibility of the “dream match” between the Young Bucks and Cope & Cage.

Speaking to Justin Burrasso, the match Matt Jackson feels the world still needs to see is Young Bucks versus Adam Copeland & Christian Cage:
“I think it’s one of the few, final big money tag matches that are currently left and on the table. For years, we obviously counted this one out as a possibility, but now here we are–and the match is possibly at play? It still doesn’t feel real. My mind is already racing at the thought, and ideas are already in my notepad. But I won’t believe it until I see it.”

For the last several months, AEW has been teasing the dream match in question, including recent editions of Dynamite and Collision recently in which the Young Bucks have made it clear they’re still aiming for the World Tag Team Championships currently held by Adam Copeland and Christian Cage.
As it so happens, Cope and Cage will defend their AEW World Tag Team Titles against PAC and Claudio Castagnoli of the Death Riders at Redemption this Sunday. At that same pay-per-view, the Young Bucks will face the Death Riders’ leader, Jon Moxley, as well as their newest recruit, Will Ospreay. Should they win that match, it’d certainly help their case for being at the front of the line for an opportunity at the golf, possibly at AEW All In: London in August.
However, if rumours are to be believed, Matt and Nick Jackson, may have more dream matches on the table. Following their respective WWE releases, both The New Day and The Motor City Machine Guns could soon land in AEW, and, should they arrive, the company’s tag team division would be bolstered even further.
