The timing of Roman Reigns’ next title defences have reportedly been revealed.

Roman Reigns is about to hit 1000 days since he became Universal Champion and kick started the legendary Tribal Chief run. He also added the WWE World Championship at WrestleMania 38 last year when he defeated Brock Lesnar, making him the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. His dominance during this current run is something that is very rare to see in this current era of wrestling.

Many had hoped and/or expected Roman Reigns to drop his titles to Sami Zayn & the Royal Rumble or Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania this year, however, clearly neither was successful. However, there does seem to be a lot of faith from fans that Cody Rhodes will still eventually be the guy to dethrone Reigns.

Roman Reigns is not currently set to defend his titles at the upcoming Night of Champions Event in Saudi Arabia as he is tied up in a tag team match with Solo Sikoa vs Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens for the Undisputed Tag Team Titles.

However, in a report by Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Roman Reigns is currently expected to defend his World Titles at the Money In The Bank & SummerSlam Events.

“Reigns is expected to defend the title on the 7/1 Money in the Bank show in London and again at SummerSlam. It feels way early for Sikoa, but the top candidates on the brand would be the Usos and Bobby Lashley, and thus far Lashley hasn’t been heated up to that level.”

There has also been talk/rumours of Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa vs The Usos being Roman’s match for Money In The Bank. Whatever WWE decide to go with will of course be heavily spotlighted as expected with Roman Reigns and the World Titles.
