Tony Khan is the new owner of Ring Of Honor. The news was announced last night on AEW Dynamite to the surprise of many fans.
But according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, both WWE and AEW were contacted about purchasing ROH.
“Both WWE & AEW were contacted when the idea was to sell the company (ROH), and AEW was the one that obviously made the better offer of the two and got the company”

The news of Tony Khan purchasing Ring Of Honor is huge, and many fans are now wondering what the future of ROH will look like. The ROH show, Supercard of Honor is next month so hopefully we wont have to wait too long before getting a glimpse.
