Tony Khan Reveals That Changes Are Coming To The AEW All In Card

AEW All In 08062023

The AEW All In card isn’t set in stone just yet.

In five days’ time, All Elite Wrestling will make their UK debut at the historic Wembley Stadium, as the company present their All In event in front of a monumental crowd of over 80,000 fans. Thus far, nine matches have been announced for the show, however it now appears as though some unplanned changes may be on the horizon.

During today’s All In media call, AEW President Tony Khan revealed that some changes are set to be made to the lineup, noting that some of the changes are related to situations outside of wrestling.

“I expect more changes. They are not changes I wanted to make or planned to make. I’m not talking about the World Championship match or even the World Tag Team Title match. There will probably be some other changes to the card necessitated by things happening in the real world. Stuff, in some cases, stuff that is nobody’s fault, but stuff that is not related to the world of professional wrestling. I am going to try to work through this week to make it as strong as possible and hopefully make the card better than it had been. There will be changes to the card. I plan to add something, and I might have to make some changes in the body of the card. They are not changes that will change the quality of the show and I’m glad the big matches are in such a good position right now. After you see some changes, whether it’s the scrum or whenever, I can talk to you more about when and why I decided to do those. It’s not like they were things where even a week or two I knew about or was expecting to have to change. That’s part of pro wrestling,”

-Tony Khan

The AEW All In card has already undergone a number of changes due to the injuries sustained by Bryan Danielson, Jamie Hayter, and PAC, although it remains to be seen who will be affected by these latest changes.

As noted by Khan, neither of the AEW World Championship match between MJF and Adam Cole or the AEW World Tag Team Championship bout between FTR & The Young Bucks are set to be affected, despite Cash Wheeler’s recent arrest.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the potential changes coming to the AEW All In card as soon as we hear more.
