In December 2019, former WWE manager Vickie Guerrero made her All Elite Wrestling debut as a commentator during a taping for an episode of Dark. Guerrero would later go on to serve as the manager of former AEW Women’s Champion Nyla Rose in 2020, before adding Andrade El Idolo and Marina Shafir to her list of clients.

Per a new report from Fightful Select, however, Guerrero is expected to finish up with the company soon, as initially discovered by Grapsody’s Righteous Reg.

“Grapsody and Fightful’s Righteous Reg learned that All Elite Wrestling manager Vickie Guerrero is set to finish up with the company, which was confirmed via other Fightful sources.”

Following up on Reg’s initial report, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful learned that Vickie Guerrero and All Elite Wrestling specifically have agreed to not renew her AEW contract, which is set toexpire in July 2023.

Outside of her appearances on Dynamite, Rampage, and both Dark and Dark: Elevation, Guerrero has worked heavily on AEW Heels, whilst also helping contribute to a number of the company’s digital projects, including an episode of AEW Unrestricted that she recorded as recently as last week.

Closing the report, Fightful noted that Guerrero recently claimed on Twitter that a new journey is beginning with new opportunities for her, although it’s unclear as of yet whether she was referring to her upcoming AEW departure.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the future of Vickie Guerrero as soon as we hear more.
