Cody Rhodes has reportedly signed with WWE and fans are now just waiting for him to either be announced by WWE or make a surprise debut.
The report of Cody Rhodes putting pen to paper came from PWInsider’s Mike Johnson last night before Smackdown.
The signing is still yet to be confirmed by WWE or Cody Rhodes himself, but Fightful Select now has another update on the situation, specifically plans WWE had internally discussed for Rhodes’ travel to Wrestlemania.
While those close to Rhodes denied that his Sunday travel was set to WrestleMania, WWE sources have indicated that they’d internally discussed flying Rhodes in private in order to avoid the publicity of him popping up at an airport before WrestleMania.

A picture of Cody Rhodes popping up at an Airport leading up to Wrestlemania would definitely blow up very quickly amongst wrestling fans, so if this is a plan WWE goes through with for Cody Rhodes’ travel, its probably a smart choice.
