AEW & Hangman Adam Page Reportedly In Talks About A Contract Extension

Hangman Adam Page was not only one of All Elite Wrestling’s original signings back in January of 2019, but one of the people involved in the official announcement of the formation of the company. Since then, Page has been one of the company’s top performing stars, having reigned as the AEW World Champion between November 2021 and May of last year.

Fightful Select is now reporting that AEW is currently in the process of offering Hangman Adam Page a new contract to stay with the company.

“Fightful Select has learned that Adam “Hangman” Page and AEW are in the process of working towards a potential new contract.”

The report then points out that those close to the situation say that negotiations began fairly recently, and thus, there is currently no timetable on when an agreement may be reached.

Interestingly, Page shares the same representative as the Young Bucks and Kenny Omega, who have all similarly been in negotiations with AEW as of late. When factoring these contract negotiations in with the seemingly impending return of CM Punk, this looks to be an integral period for the company.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the contract negotiations between AEW and Hangman Adam Page as soon as we hear more.
