AEW’s Jeff Hardy Arrested On Multiple Charges Including DUI

Unfortunate news as it has been revealed that AEW star Jeff Hardy was arrested shortly after midnight last night in Volusia County, Florida.

According to the Volusia County jail records, Hardy was booked into the jail at 12.45am last night, on charges of Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years.

Hardy recieved a surety cash bond of $3,500, $500 for the license charges, and $2,500 for the DUI. Hardy is currently incarcerated at the S. James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Hardy’s first hearing is schedules for tomorrow, June 14th, at 1.30pm. The license charges are second degree misdemeanors, while the DUI is a third degree felony.

Hardy is scheduled to take part in a three way ladder match alongside his brother Matt against The Young Bucks and Jurassic Express for the AEW World Tag Team Championships on this Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Road Rager, although following this arrest plans may now change.
