All Elite Wrestling have a working relationship with a multitude of other companies. It often plays host to outside talent and it’s not uncommon to see contracted AEW performers make visits to other events. However, the relationship between Tony Khan’s company and AAA soured a couple of months ago when FTR lost the Mexican company’s tag titles to Dragon Lee and Dralistico, the former of which immediately announced his departure to WWE.

Now as written by Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter it appears as if the working relationship between AEW and AAA is fully restored, with the report stating that stars from the American company will even by appearing at TripleMania.

“The relationship with AEW, which had major issues coming off the finish of the FTR title loss to Dragon Lee & Dralistico, has been repaired to where it went from no AEW talent going to AAA to where there will be AEW talent at all three TripleMania shows.”

AAA have previously announced the prospective card for their TripleMania spectacle in August. As of now, there are no AEW stars advertised for the event but it appears that is set to change.

As always, we’ll update you on TripleMania and any AEW stars who may be on the event as we hear more.
