Unfortunately, AEW’s Bryan Danielson & Adam Cole have recently suffered injuries.
Adam Cole has just won the Owen Hart Tournament, but appeared to be having some issues with his shoulder. The shoulder was taped heavily during the tournament and it has been reported since that he does in fact have a shoulder injury and will be taking time to rest it. Adam Cole’s injury was then confirmed by Tony Khan.
As for Bryan Danielson, he missed a meet and greet event yesterday and the venue had said that Danielson was actually injured and was unable to fly.
On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez provided a quick update on the pair’s injuries and what he knows so far:
“I was told that Danielson is out 1-2 weeks and that probably no Cole until Forbidden Door, they’re gonna let him rest up”

Hopefully both make speedy recoveries and make it to Forbidden Door as expected as both will surely be a huge part of the card.
