Chris Hero is believed to have started producing for All Elite Wrestling.

Earlier this week, it was reported that current AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy had added to his in-ring responsibilities by taking work as a producer/ agent for the company. On top of this, it was revealed that Scott Garland (known to fans as Scotty 2 Hotty) was at last night’s AEW Dynamite, providing his services as a coach/ producer, with the list of names brought in to fill backstage roles growing as time goes on.

Now, PWInsider have revealed that Chris Hero is the latest to have joined AEW in a producer role.

“Chris Hero is now officially on board full-time as a Producer for AEW, PWInsider.com is told. Hero has gotten high marks from those we’ve spoken with.”

Hero is someone that fans have speculated about joining AEW for quite some time, particularly with the presence of his former tag team partner Claudio Castagnoli in the company. However, The Knockout Artist hasn’t competed since his days as ‘Kassius Ohno’ in NXT which was over three years ago.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any updates on Chris Hero and his backstage role in AEW as we hear more.
