WWE always has different people helping out at the Performance Center, filling a vary of roles.
Most recently according to PWInsider, former WWE star Rob Conway was backstage as a producer working on last nights NXT 2.0 show

Former WWE star Rob Conway is backstage working as a Producer at tonight’s WWE NXT 2.0 taping in Florida. As PWInsider.com reported last week, Conway was at the WWE Performance Center working as a Guest Coach and trainer. There is no word whether Conway has been hired by the company or is going through a trial period as a producer.
