Nixon Newell (FKA Tegan Nox) was apart of the November 18th 2021 batch of WWE releases, and fans of “Lady Kane” are yet to see her make an appearance elsewhere since.

Newell, then working as Tegan Nox, made herself known on a global stage as an entrant in WWE’s 2018 Mae Young Classic, and would continue her rise throughout NXT before her main roster call-up to Smackdown in the 2021 draft, forming a short-lived tag team with Shotzi, before her release later that year.

Since then, fans have been waiting to see Newell’s next move in the wrestling world, with Fightful Select now revealing that Visa issues have been an uphill struggle for her ever since leaving WWE.

When Fightful inquired about her status, we were told that as of a couple of weeks ago she’d been kept very busy trying to sort out visa situations, which have been an uphill battle for many wrestlers who suddenly find themselves as wrestling free agents.

We look forward to seeing Newell eventually returning to our screens, wherever she may land. She’s proven herself across the wrestling world to be extremely talented, and will be an asset to whoever picks her up when her situation is clearer.
