It seems we are definitely getting Cody Rhodes vs Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania 38 in Dallas, Texas
Cody Rhodes has been rumoured to be joining WWE again ever since he announced he would be leaving AEW last month. Recently, a report from PWInsider seemingly confirmed that Cody Rhodes had put pen to paper for WWE, but this is still yet to be confirmed publicly by WWE or Cody Rhodes.
There is now a small update from Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, who notes that all his WWE sources are currently under the impression that Cody will be coming and facing Seth Rollins.
“All WWE sources indicate the belief that the deal is done and the match is happening and that any suggestion it isn’t is not the case. There are those close to the situation who are still suggesting otherwise but one person in WWE called that “silliness” at this point.”

Most fans do fully expect to Cody Rhodes vs Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania, but as previously mentioned, its still yet to be announced so fans will have to wait and see how it plays out.
